  What can EcoMoney App do for you?

If you plan to send money to your love ones, whether for personal or business use, we can help. All you need is to getting the EcoMoney App, to filling it up, and in a matter of seconds, your money is ready for pick up.

  Where to get EcoMoney App from?

Search for Ecomoney in the Google Playstore or in the Applestore to download our app.

  What information do you need to provide for registeration?

Before sending money, you need to register with EcoMoney. For that purpose, you will provide:

- your first and last names, the middle name is optional

- your date of birth (you must be 18 or older to make money transactions

- your also must specify your country of residence and your city

Note: You can not register in 2 different countries of residence. In case your country of residence changes, you must call in for update. Call at 1-402-319-7929.


  What information do you need to provide on your recipient?

During the transaction process, you will be asked to provide on your recipient:

- their first and last names

- their Whatsapp phone number

- the country they live in or destination country

  What other required information to provide?

Also during the transaction process, you will tell us about:

- the destination country or the country you are sending money to or the country your recipient lives in

- your payment method, could be debit or credit card. The transaction fee is cheaper for debit card

- the amount you are sending, amount in your residence country currency.

In case you do not have a debit or credit card, you can go and see one of our agents near you who could help handling cash transactions.

  What happens next after registration?

After registration, you can log in to make your transaction. Registration happens only once. Trying to register other times is useless, the system will automatically send you to the log in page.

  Log in, log out systems

- Log in system

Anytime you send money, you have to log in, log in with yor registered email and password.

If you forgot your password, you can reset it, if you want to update your phone number, you can do so, but you CANNOT reset your email. If you want to change your email to a new email, you have to call in. Call at (1) 402 319 7929.

- Log out system

Because we manipulate sensitive data, our system will automacally log you out from any page after two minutes of inactivity, except from the home page.

  What happens after a successful log in?

After a successful log in, EcoMoney will take you through the process until you click the last button to send your money.

The path you will take depends on the choices you make. For example, if you want to pay with a debit card, the system will take you through that path and will rejects a credit card. If your recipient will receive the money through a bank account, the system will ask for bank information:

- the bank name

- the routing number

- the account number

- the city and the country the bank is located in.

  What information do you enter for payment?

You can make payment by debit or credit card:

- for the amount you are sending

- and for the transaction fee

You will need to enter:

- the card number

- the expiration date

- the card code verification number

- the full name on the card

  How much is the transaction fee?

We apply low fees to transactions. We are the cheapest in the market. In general the fee depends on many factors:

- the sender's residence country

- the destination country

- the amount you are sending

- the method of payment, credit or debit card

- how the recipient receives the money, by cash or through a bank account.

  Taking a receipt

Upon completion of your transaction, you will get a receipt through Whatsapp or through a print out. The receipt will specify:

- your full name

- the receipt number

- the transaction number

Keep your receipt in a safe place. You might need it to track your transaction.

  How to inform your recipient?

Just after completing your transaction:

- you can send the Whatsapp receipt to your recipient's phone

- or you can send a screenshot of the receipt to your recipient.

  How does your recipient get their money?

To get the money, your recipient presents their receipt to one of our agents located around the countries we serve or, if they have chosen to use a bank, the money will be deposited into their bank account.

Advise your recipient that they will have to show an official photo identification card.

  How much money does your recipient get?

Your recipient will get the exact amount your receipt specified, in the local currency. They do not have to pay any commission to our agents, we take care of them.

  How long does it take to cash the money?

Cashing happens instantally, as soon as your recipient gets the receipt

However, for bank transactions, your recipient might have to wait a few days, two or three, the time for the bank to do the paperwork.

  Tracking your money

If, for any reason, your recipient did not get the money you sent, you can track the transaction by clicking "tools" then "track transaction" on the home page. You will need to use information from your receipt.

  Which records do we keep on you and on your recipient?

We keep in our secured databases:

- on you: all the information you have provided, execpt from your credit or debit card number. We only keep the last 4-digit of your card in case of reclamation.

- on your recipient: all the information you have provided on them.

We keep this information for one year.
